They’re really easy to work with until the deal is closed.

Once that is done, any promises made by them will not be followed through. You will spend the entirety of your rental term waiting for them to fix things they advised they would take care of ages ago.

Then when you end your agreement, they will deduct an obscene amount of money from your deposit with little to no explanation and when you ask for proper documentation such as invoices or receipts to account for the amount of money they’ve deducted, they will tell you that you are not “entitled” to know what they deducted money for and accuse you of harassment.

Also, forget about receiving the interest earned on your deposit, they won’t refund that either.

If you want to go into business with an ************* company then I’d highly recommend them, for as long as I was in business with this company, the one thing that was consistent is that they will tell you one thing and then do another.
