Bad service on my wedding day from Photographer of moments.com

On the day of my wedding their battery died of their camera we did not even start with our wedding photos , she had to go and buy another battery, verry unprofessional. Did not stay until we danced just left without telling us because her husband that's helping her had to go bacause he is a ugroup leader in church if he did not go his ugroup would not have splitted that says verry unprofessional because we payed them to do our wedding photos . When I complained she just said oh sorry we can just re take your wedding photos for me it is just not the same that on your wedding day . I feel if you pay someone for their service and they said yes they should be fully committed . Would not recomend moments.co photography for you wedding day .
