They will Bankrupt and ruin you, don’t rent here

Whatever you do in your life don’t rent here they will bankrupt you by unfairly charging you for renovations instead of damages when you leave, they charged me R7800, a lot of the things I was charged for were things I found when moving in, cracked tiles, faulty door, and old cracked bathtub etc…they repainted the entire apartment for the new tenant and charged me for that even though it was clean….don’t get me started with the ****roach infestation….it’s disgusting they are everywhere…I have bought my own place now and will never rent ever again especially with IHS properties they are truly horrible, worst place I’ve ever lived in and a *******.
