Poor service and very dirty estate

Never in my lifetime have I ever experienced such an extremely poor service, from their Agency Mpho with a very poor communicating service, he is unreachable, won’t answer calls or revert back to u, the only thing u’ll be rushed to make immediate payment. The place is so disgusting with ****roaches everywhere, I can’t even eat in this place, the ****roaches will randomly come out of my bag at work 🤦♀️

The unit is not serviced, old leaking sink and bath tub on top of that it has no electricity yet I have loaded R400 a day before yesterday and the whole night and day my food in the fridge is rotten. I have tried to reach out the agency he won’t respond, the Building Manager no answer, no response nothing. It’s so frustrating after a long day from work you come to this place with ****roaches everywhere and no electricity. I really regret staying here, It been two days but already I want out. I will never recommend anyone else to stay here, I’ll be very miserable.
