Help the disadvantage people.

morning! My name is Wendy I would like to share my experience in the cash and carry store in molteno Eastern Cape, now named as Spar or Savemor. All staff members including the owner they all wear Spar uniform. I would like you to first find out about if it's really Spar franchise or they just decided to wear uniform for Spar without it's rules and regulations as a well know retail store in SouthAfrica.On the 11th of January 2022 it was my daughter's birthday, was with my sister buying all kinds of softdrinks and 2 bottles of water, unfortunately when I was talking out the bottle of water out of the refrigerator one bottle of water fell down. I reported that to the staff to say it was an honest mistake one lady told me that I will pay for it because I'm the one who broke it. I asked for the manager and fortune the manager is the tall white man I've known since I was young doing the same business that is doing now. He approached me and told me so rudely that you will pay for that water. What I know about real Spar retail store when you break anything inside their stores they tell you live that and take the other one then they will sort it out later because that's how it is in South African retail stores because it was a mistake not intentionally. These retail their products they are insured for such mistake that are done by customers. This man was very rude together with the assistant manager and I'm not happy.

Another thing that ****es me off is that this is a small town and many people are being taken advantage by this so called Spar in molteno in the Eastern Cape, that they don't give cash back, they don't exchange, you don't return anything once you are out of the store what kind of Spar retail store is this in South Africa please tell me. I'm sick and tired of this nonsense that they do to sertine kind of people who are poor and not knowing how to complain. This is just the drop in the ocean I don't want to say other people's experiences it's a lot of complaints. Please help and find out if this is Spar or ****, and help the disadvantage people of colour in our small towns I'm not happy at all of this situation.
