Noisy Molten Black Building

<p>I have lived in this building (No One Eloff) for 3 months now. There is constantly noise at all hours of the day on most days of the week. Residents play loud music and drink in corridors while also having loud conversations. This goes on for hours or until another resident reports it to the security guards which are floors away. I am planning to move out in the next few months. If you like peace and quiet, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! </p>
