DECEASED ACCOUNT ...harras*****t.....

these guys are harassing family members for a water and electricity account to be paid when both owners of the property are deceased...Mr ….. is deceased 10years and Mrs … Jan 2020, they keep sending messages that Mr & Mrs.... needs to sign an AOD or they will disconnect the lights and water, problem is they are 6 feet under, HOW DO THEY SIGN OR WHATEVER it is Moloto Stofile wants them to do???? according to the manager at COJ , the acc of the deceased suppose to closed and the bill written off, a new account and meter will need to be provided if there is anyone living on the premises,.... im not sure whats so difficult to understand, and on top of it when you call the number they sms on, it rings for ever, this is so unprofessional...
