Another Government tender gone bad

We sprung a leak in our main water connection to our house a couple of months ago, but were unaware of this as it was under ground. Obviously until we received a R30 000.00 water bill. We've obviously paid for plumbers to come out at our own cost asap to repair the pipe underground. Since then we've been paying more than due to the city of jhb in an effort to get our water bill down and do receive sms's every month from Moloto Stofile attorneys thanking us for making payments. Still they sent out the COJ technicians to cut off our water because we couldn't afford to pay it all at once. Even though they thank us every month for making payment. Try stay away from these attorneys if at all possible, they don't know what they are doing.
