Suppose to be Rubber waterproofing

Ive sent them proof in pictures that I bought the product.I made use of one of their employees to do the roof for me.The roof leaked the first time after we did the waterproofing ourselves.Bought their products again and he offered to do it for a fee.Roof leaked again.He came and did the patch work where roof was leaking.I started raining in Jan 2026 contacted K from Rubber Sealant.Gave me excuses to say he doesnt have transport to come and do repair work and made up an excuse to say that patch work is not covered . Sent a pix to ask owner if this is patchwork.No response.On K company invoice it says 13 year guarantee. Still no response till today March 31.Their products and promise doesn't add up .Will never advice anybody to buy it.Why is my roof still leaking after to sets of waterproofing.Product doesn't live up to its promise and standard.
