Poor service for funeral claim
I made a claim for my beneficiary who passed away and on the 3rd I send relevant documents of the deceased to Mrs Phala at Dennilton and I tried to follow up with the claim but she refused to talk to me. I took the matter forward to Kwa Mhlanga head office and emailed the necessary documents as they requested but didn't get any assistance. I further contacted Kwa Mhlanga and I spoke to Mr Noah Temane and he promised to solve the matter and get back to me the same day but until today I haven't heard from them. The service of Molmat funeral services is very poor and I regret doing business with them for more than 13 years paying and fail to do 1 claim of less than R4000.
