Very upset with unprofessional service

I made the biggest mistake using this company to clean my apartment today before I move in. YVette Nell who I booked this pre occupation cleaning with sent her 3 ladies who pitched up an hour later then they were supposed to. She promised there would be a supervisor on site to supervise them. The ladies came with very few detergents and cleaning buckets and 1 step ladder to share. They didn't know where to begin and what exactly to do. They aren't trained well and they not very hygienic. According to Yvette her ladies are very well trained. I had to supervise them cleaning my apartment because the useless supervisor by the name of Godfrey just dropped them of and left. The ladies started with windows then the cupboards and walls. I had to keep showing them the marks and stains which they weren't wiping. They also are very lazy and don't want to empty the dirty buckets of water. They kept using the same dirty water to clean new areas. So instead of cleaning my place thoroughly like I asked they made it more dirty! They didn't clean my bathroom properly how can you de sanitize a bathroom properly with 1 bottle of shower shine and pine gel! Very upset and I feel **********!
