Untrained and unprofessional disasters.

<p>A wrecking ball would have been less destructive in my home than the 'professional' cleaner Thandie from Mollywood ****s. Thandie has scratched hundreds of the cottage pane window glass in my house and broken two of them. I am astounded that someone can be so idiotic, not to only scratch a few, but HUNDREDS! Each window in the house has between 50-97 glass panes and there are at least 11 windows and she has scratched the vast majority of them. I am at a complete loss. There is thousands of rands in damages. It looks like she cleaned the windows with a steak knife. </p> <p> </p> <p>When she ruined a white load of washing by washing it with colours that ran (after I left specific instructions for her not to do the laundry) and when she ruined my favorite bath mat by messing bleach all over it, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and tried to train her (the client training the so-called 'professional' cleaner?!?!?!). But this is beyond help. I shudder to think of what else I will find along the way that she has broken.</p> <p>I was under the impression that the staff are trained, but Thandie doesn't even seem to have a basic understanding of how things in a household works. She can't operate drawers (overfills them and then is at a complete loss when she forcefully closes it and all the contents above the level on the top of the drawer go flying all over the room), can't open a baby gate and can't match 3 different keys to 3 different locks to open the back door!</p> <p>A broken broom and a broken mirror were amongst the casualties at my sisters house when Thandie 'cleaned' there. </p> <p>Another 'professional' cleaner from Mollywood ****s is Anna. </p> <p> Anna has no business 'cleaning' as she leaves a wake of destruction in her path.</p> <p>I am by no means a perfectionist, but her work is no where near acceptable on even a very basic level. She does not seem to have any understanding on how to clean or how a household works.</p> <p>-She puts dishes that is still half full of food into the dishwasher on the shortest cycle and when they come out covered on all sides in food, she proceeds to pack the dirty dishes away. I had to rinse and repack the dishwasher and put it on a second cycle.</p> <p>-She put the very dirty dog beds on my son's clean bed. After I explained that she can't do that and show her all the dogs hair and dirt on the bed, she folds the dirty dogs blankets up and puts them in between my sons clean blankets on his bed!!!! I had to rewash all his bedding!</p> <p>-She folds clothes in such a sloppy manner that they are creased before they even make it back into the cupboard.</p> <p>-I have a very expensive German vacuum cleaner that works incredibly well, yet the floor is still very dirty after she vacuums!?</p> <p>-She leaves puddles of water on the floor where she has just 'cleaned' right where the children are playing.</p> <p>-She moves furniture (I assumed to clean), doesn't clean a thing and doesn't move it back!?</p> <p>-She does the exact opposite of what I ask. I very clearly told her on Friday not to do the washing and that she must clean very nicely. I even told her I am taking my three boys out the house for the day so that she can clean properly. I get home to a very dirty house with all the washing done and folded in sloppy, messed up piles with most of it very damp. <br />The next day, I was very clear that she was not to do the washing. I was out for 30 minutes and I get back to a running washing machine with half a load inside.</p> <p>-She leaves the refuse bags on the floor outside instead of putting them into the empty black refuse bins. I have 3 bins right outside the kitchen door. Needless to say, my dogs ripped the bag open and there was trash everywhere. She does know how a bin works because she threw all my recycling that I keep separate, into the refuse bin!?</p> <p>-She pulls electric cables with force and doesn't seem to understand the dangers of electricity.</p> <p>-She let the Roman blind fall instead of letting it down carefully and got all the strings tangled and pulled out of the loops so that it didn't work. I had to re-string the blind.</p> <p> </p> <p>-She is always an hour late, making my boys late for school each day. </p> <p><br />-She tumble dried a wet red cloth with my white washing and made all the whites pink.</p> <p>After she left the house in a mess one Friday, I had to spend my weekend trying to clean around my 3 boys. I have spent my entire day running after her, cleaning up her messes and doing her work and she stands there watching me. I don't see why I should pay for a cleaning service when I am the one doing all the work any way.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the Anna disaster, Yvette Nel didn't charge for the day. For the destructive Thandie, Yvette Nel avoids my calls, doesn't respond to my emails and sends me a bill for over R900!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't use Mollywood ****s! Especially from the Randburg branch. They will ruin your house, cost you a fortune in damages and ruin your day. They are not worth it. </p>
