Mollywood ****s do NOT pay the upfront

This service was SHOCKING!!! I was charged upfront and paid upfront for ONE days clean in a ONE bed apartment. They arrived at 8 started work at 8:30 and left at 3.

The entire place was still full of human hair and dust and dirt in the all corners and NONE of the taps were cleaned. I was not given the chance to inspect and approve

They came back on day 2, cleaned the floors, I pointed out to them that the hair is still all over on the floor, but only checked the taps and dust later on. Upon me asking what they are going to do about it, the wrote: Quote from THERE email:

I am sadden to hear that you were still not satisfied with our service after we came back and rectified from the first day. I have doubled checked with my staff and on both occasions you were asked to inspect and on both occasions you gave your approval.

There is always a chance that more dust and hair (if it is from an animal) will occur over a period after you inspected the job. I am happy to pass a credit of R50 back to you just as a sign of peace.
