A pen and paper would have saved the evening!!

Email sent to the address on the website 'I would just like to give you a review of our evening at your establishment with my wife on Saturday evening (18th Sept). We ordered drinks which arrived promptly enough, but from there the evening took a dive. We ordered food (notes not written down), my wife wanted your Malay-style Seafood Curry - (a dreamy, creamy combination of prawns, calamari & hake served with fragrant Basmati rice & home made roti.) and was quite particular with the waiter and pointed out what she was wanting, I went for the Rib Eye Steak. Some 5 or 10 minutes later the same waiter comes back and states I ordered the Eisbein?? I rep**** no the Rib Eye, this immediately got my back up as I refer to my comment about not making notes, he would have been able refer back to them! I then joked with my wife that I can see me getting the Eisbein in error if this is how things are run at Molly's. The waiter then came back a 2nd time to ask what sauce I would like with the Rib Eye, is this not something that should be asked when a person orders their food, I wanted to taste the meat as is not covered up by sauce? Time then ticked on and on. An hour later, the food arrives my wife is presented with a oval ovenproof type dish with what looks like linguine what looks like vegetables, I refer you to my 2nd Para of what she ordered. When the waiter came back and my wife asked him if this was the Seafood Curry he point blank said Yes, but then under repeated questioning he couldn't explain the lack of rice vs pasta or total lack of seafood. My wife asked for the manager who promptly arrived asking if he could get the correct meal, bearing in mind we had already an hour for a stuff up! We declined and the manager told us he would have the pasta taken off the bill. We then shared my Rib Eye although cooked as I asked, it lacked any flavouring from the garlic butter, herbs etc mentioned on the menu. I went to pay only to find the Pasta still on the bill, our original waiter nowhere to be seen! Told another waiter that the pasta needed removing as per the manager. Also I see you have no protocols in place for COVID-19 (no register, no sanitizing stations or bottles anywhere that I saw), none of your staff that we interacted with wore masks (waiter, manager? or cashier - buzz cut individual), as far as I know this is a pre-requisite for the food industry and the general population when out in public? If there are protocols in place (walking in from the car park) then it wasn't followed in any shape or form on Saturday that I could see, except for the Pizza lady wearing a mask! We won't be back!'
