Molly's Funeral Home Kroonstad Branch are a *****, they are refusing with our mother's body because we choose another Funeral Parlour. Their prices keeps fluctuating and Manager is a **** , unprofessional, rude and ***********. They didn't care about our emotional stress all they wanted was just money. Even their Head Office is full of *********** people. We been trying to get hold of the owner with no success. When we asked about the money we paid on Friday they told us they have it on the drawer only to find out they were going to give us the money that other clients paid with. Miriam who is the manager threatened my family by saying she has her spies at our home so she knows everything we talked about. All we want is to bury our mother with dignity and respect, THEY TOOK THAT FROM US.
