Useless management

Such a nice place and super friendly staff, but the management of that place is pathetic and don't know what they are doing, I walked into the bath roo last night which was packed, and while I was taking a leak this o e guy bumped me and ask sorry did I pee on my shoes, then as I walked out the bathroom I saw that some o e stole both ,y phones out my pocket, so I went straight to management and ask them to please loom on the camera at the guy who walked in after me, they said ok and left me out side the office for 20 min, and eventually came to me and said sorry they can't help me, they would not even look at the camera, if they did I could of still maybe found that guy and ask him for my phone, so thanks to really bad management I lost two phones, if they had just helped me and looked at the camera I would still have my new phone on me,
