Dishonest Management

Molitva personal are dishonest, they made me pay a deposit to secure a Mother’s Day booking and they advised me it would be removed from the bill. They didn’t remove it the bill and advised me they would refund me. 6 weeks in they have not refunded me and the manager keeps blaming the owners etc. poor service and holding onto peoples money for no reason
