Money making ****

In January 2015 I received a legal letter that I owed money for rates on a small holding I own. Despite never having ever received the bill from the municipality (Metsimaholo) and finding out later that the invoices were being sent to some unknown address in Pretoria I paid together with substantial interest and commision. I also contacted the municiplaity to ensure they had the correct address. I also received confirmation that ALL monies that were owed had now been paid. Today I receive two sms 's saying my account has been handed over again. When I try to phone the number the number is not working. I therefore have to send an email. Once again I have stillnot received any invoice from Metsimaholo but I have in fact paid for January 2015 So clearly this is just a ****, send mail to wrong addresses, pass onto Lawyers who miraculously know the correct address and telephone number who can then charge legal fees and commision and make easy money.
