Ordering Wrong Specs for parts

On the 29th July I ordered parts to fix my vehicle in various areas and paid a 50% deposit for the parts. The parts arrived about 5 working days later and some of those were fine and yet the boot shocks I bought were the wrong. The car was booked for the 7th August and I put it into the garage. The whole day I got 1 sms telling me the car is still being worked on. General business closing times were approaching but no feedback from the dealership on whether it is ready or not. I get there at 5:10pm only to be told a long story about the boot shocks ordered being wrong and worse off, my STARTER IS NO LONGER WORKING. The car cannot be started and i have to spend the whole weekend without a car. BAD SERVICE!!! No value placed on customers
