Did not get my money or the product

Moller Chemist. I ask for a qoute for 1kg. I Agreed on the item, send the money. The guy Steven I was talking too via mail said that I need to send more money for 5kg. I said that was not agreed upon, but rather send my money back to me. After sending him emails and WhatsApp about my money he just ignored me.
