Terrible Moksh Service

So I have received the absolute worst service from Uber Eats Uber Eats and MoKsh Indian Restaurant Paddocks Milnerton. Last night we placed a big order from Moksh, which we do quite frequently with no problems. However this time it was only full of problems. The restaurant took over 2 hours to START preparing our food, not even deliver it. They were so rude to our delivery driver and they purposefully took their phone off the hook so that we couldn’t contact them. Once we finally got hold of them their answer was “sorry we were busy”. And in the end we didn’t receive our food.

After complaining to Uber Eats our order got cancelled but we still got charged because it was cancelled after the merchant accepted the ordered. Uber Eats told us to “prepare better” and to “cancel before the merchant accepts the order”. Like I was supposed to predict that they would be so late.

I have asked multiple times to speak to someone that isn’t on the app, a request that they have ignored. If anyone has the contact details for anyone at Uber Eats please let me know. I have also had no response yet from Moksh. Very sad from two places we use weekly.
