Stay away from Mokki Furniture

i have bought 2 sets of furniture from Mokki and both a problematic. i have raised this many times and i had answers ranging from \you have wooden floors and they not level\" to thats how it is built. so that aside we give them a call to move furniture as we discovered they fitted my daughters desk in but have *****ed in the *****s so badly that you cant get them loose. but we told we must pay 950 rands for someone to come and move it when it is their fault when they fitted it not doing it correctly. the woman my wife spoke to is one of the rudest people in the world. what ever happened to customer service. disgusting service! even when we bought it we were promised a date but that also never materialised. after numerous calls they delivered the furniture but in the wrong colour saying the issue was with the shipment. nothing is their problem and everything is the clients."
