Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Unreliable WiFi & No Customer Care
I booked and paid for a month expecting a comfortable and reliable stay, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The WiFi was unreliable and caused me to lose out on an important work opportunity. Despite raising this issue, nothing was done to resolve it. I also requested an extra pillow from the day I checked in, but it never arrived. The level of customer service was poor. Some of my concerns were ignored, and there were times when staff did not even acknowledge a greeting. When I raised multiple issues and requested assistance, there was very little follow-up or effort to address them. I eventually decided to check out early because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. Although I requested that management consider a refund for the unused portion of my stay, they refused outright, citing their policy without taking my individual circumstances or the poor experience into account. I understand that businesses have policies, but good customer service is about listening to guests and trying to resolve legitimate concerns. Sadly, I did not feel valued as a paying customer. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who relies on stable WiFi for work or expects responsive customer service. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future and improves both their service standards and their approach to resolving complaints.

Shocking delivery service
I ordered a bed online. They phoned and told me they would deliver on Saturday and no mention what time. Zero phone calls on Saturday until 16:44 to tell me they were coming. I asked when and they cut the call on me. Now it's after 17:00 and still no delivery just sitting and waiting. I will never order anything from this shop ever again.
