I went to mojo cosmetics to inquire about the keratin treatment. The manager/owner picked up the 2 products that is required. Read and explained how it works. We I cot home I realised that she gave me an aftercare product instead of the shampoo needed. I went back and was told " sorry it is my mistake but we don"t have the shampoo and not getting them in again" I asked for a refund and was told they don't do cash refunds. I said it is fine just refund it to my card. To which I got a responds that she does not know how. I dnt see why I should sit with expensive products that I cnt use and it was not my error. Also I am convinced that she knew that it was not the correct product.
