MOJA LOVE = ******

I worked for this production company on DSTV (Moja Love) in the capacity of a cameraman. I was hired on the 27th November 2018 (last minute) by an employee who would leave the company soon after.

I filmed a full day of inserts for 2 of the company's productions, namely: 'Reatsotela' and 'Kukithi La', with another cameraman who hadn't worked for the company before that day neither. Moja Love has since aired those inserts.

All my invoice follow-ups afterwards have left left me frustrated, 2yrs later!

I contacted the CEO and he responded with a promise to enquire with his staff as to what had happened. He also promised a payment for one of the inserts on a specific date, which he did not honour nor did he respond to my query thereafter.

He asked for proof that I have since given him and has still managed to ward me off by adding people to the conversation that would ignore me the same.

The person I worked with on these inserts was paid his invoice amount by the CEO himself and is willing to re-confirm that. I've been bul**** out of the money I worked for as though I wasn't present, and all is business as usual.

These companies must be exposed for their practices of exploitation! Especially where we freelancers are concerned. We will not be silent.
