Service delivery

I wud like to share a complain, we went to Moja cafe in Soweto Orlando east for lunch, I have never ever seen a terrible, horrible, pathetic, bad service like the one we just xperience, we order food at 12:41 pm and we received our food at 14:03, Then we had to wait for side plate for pizza for another 20 minutes, and they only brought one side plate, we then had to ask another waiter for another two side plate, another wait again, then we had to ask for the sauce, as we waiting for the sauce to arrive we decide to order soft drinks, wish were delivered immediately, after that we had to ask for glasses to drink soft drink, and the complaining goes on and on, what a horrible service we received.
