Moiprox Property Developer Nightmare Business Ethics - The Parks

This property developer is a nightmare. I signed an OTP for a Phase 1 unit at The Parks in Honeydew in August/September 2023 & my bond was approved shortly after with anticipation that the occupation will also be shortly after. The developer has since been telling us that he is waiting for the municipality to furnish him with Certificates of Completion for service connection for 2 years now. We reached out to the developer to atleast allow us to cancel our offer-to-purchase & refund us our deposit & he declined the request.
