VERY BAD SERVICE
It sounded like a good idea when they pitched it but they are never available for any treatments except massages and nail painting, what a let down, when you cancel your membership they give you a run around

We operate beauty salons/spa's, the main treatments being massages and nail treatments, that's why most availability is for the said treatments. The other less popular treatments are available but would need to be booked in advance specifically for popular days( weekends etc) either online or via the booking dept.
There is a prescribed cancellation procedure, not a run-around.
