Unprofessional staff of moimooi spa

So I saw a post that moimooi spar had posted on Facebook for a couples massage for valentines day.i left my digits and early the next morning I received a call from Darren and i ended up buying the voucher for R250.he explained to me the different services that they have and what the voucher entitles...he also explained to me that the voucher is valid for 6 months and not that I can ONLY make my booking 3 weeks in advance! Although I did mention to Darren I want to use the voucher for valentines day as a gift to my husband and he said to me its perfectly fine,this did not matter to the supposedly professional team of moimooi spa , this was now my problem! Darren advised me that I should email to make my booking for my massages, which I did and their response to me was i can only use my voucher after 3 weeks! When I responded to the email that it was unacceptable and I would like a refund I was told that unfortunately they do not offer any refunds. I feel like they just wanted me to purchase a voucher and whatever happens after that is not their problem,I messaged Darren the next morning with a screenshot of the email that was said to me I can only use my voucher after 3 weeks ...he did not even have the decency to reply and he actually blocked my number from his phone. I feel like I was ****** and that Darren was not honest with me! I now sit with a voucher which I cant even use for what I would have loved to use it for,because apparently that is the conditions of moimooi spa! ....I am very upset, i am a first time client at their spa and i highly regret buying a voucher for their services. Not impressed at all!
