Unauthorised Debits from my account
To all who have received a call from MoiMooi, please note that what they sell you and what you get in service in terms of cost to you is not the same. They've been debiting my account even when I've cancelled and now expect me to pay for services I haven't used. When trying to correct the matter, all you get is unreasonable requests and demands. On top of this, they don't respond to your emails and when they do, they demand!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!
