Unauthorised Debit Orders

So MoiMooi keeps debiting my account and i never authorised it!! The sales lady - Ferial kept begging me to send referrals on whatsapp but ever since they debited my account and i asked her about it, she blocks me on whatsapp. When calling they number theres a option to select to go to accounts but the call takes you to reception anyway. I spoke to Aliska the receptionist who told me she will take my number and call me back. I only got called back the next day by Angelique who was very rude and insisted i listen to the recording on her headphones wow imagine that! I then asked to get t he voice recording myself but i am still waiting they also blocked my comments on sofacebook which then got the Managers attention - Diane Summerton who called me and told me she will listen to the recording and call me back. i am still waiting!!! So i have to pay R500 for something ive never asked for? This is also happening to 3 of my other friends whom Ferial the sales lady has also blocked.. i would never recommend this company to anyone the treatment me and my friends have gotten is appalling!!!!!
