Unauthorised debit
Their customer services department is very shocking, they take forever to solve queries. Very difficult to get a hold of. I signed up for a R245.00 special per month for 12 months which is on a call recording, however I have been debited R499.00 a month. I have cancelled my membership and have a confirmation in writing however I am still being debited R499.00. Overall a terrible experience with there ******!

The package price is R899-00 per month. The special that you joined was for R245-00 for the first month and thereafter R499-00.
