Unaluthorized Debit Order Deduction.

They deducted from my account after I have cancelled my membership. When I questioned the unauthorized deduction, they said they will refund it & assured me that my cancelled membership has been accepted. I however have reversed the payment myself at my bank & I notified them to not worry about refunding. Which they afterwards said I was not supposed to do it, I now owe them the money & my membership will stay active until I pay the money back. I cancelled my membership the 9 August 2022, giving them 20 days' notice. They deducted the cancellation fee of R699 on 30 August 2022. They however deducted R499 on 30 September 2022. Way past the 20 days' notice, so according to me, I owe them nothing & they agreed my membership cancellation was accepted on 9 August 2022, when I pay the R699 cancellation fee, which they deducted the 30 August 2022.
