<p>I am disgusted. I cancelled my membership and have email correspondence where I was advised my final debit would go off at the end of February. On 23 March 2018 I was debited again. I called the finance department and was told I can go to the bank myself to get them to sort it out or wait 60 DAYS TO BE REFUNDED!!. I requested responses to my emails and ...NOTHING.!!! I want my money refunded NOW. How is this business still running???</p>
