I was extremely disappointed at not being able to get a couple's booking on the date/s that I needed and sent an email to MoiMooi to voice my concerns. Tarryn called me back and offered me some alternatives that could also create time well spent at the Spa even though we would be doing different treatments on our first visit. Thank you Tarryn for uplifting my spirit and for taking the time to amicably address my issues. I have subsequently also booked all 5 my July treatments which I am super excited about also sharing with my well deserving partner !
