Terrable service

Very unprofessional, is difficult to get hold of them because their customer service centre never answered the phone. I did not give the debit order date of the 20th, I requested the 15th however they debiting on the 20th, I tried calling them several times no answer I send the cancellation request via email no reply, All off the sudden, I received a call from them telling me I owe them R1697.00, I have never taken any treatment and I have cancelled the membership however, they still went through my account to debit me.

Terrible Serves with vague information, they stated that membership will be activated once admin fee of R200-00 has been received, mine was never reversed as it was debited on the incorrect date but they activated my account, and still continued to debit even after I’ve send the cancellation email they choose to ignore it , and not bother to call and give me clear clarity since they never answer their phone.

Am so annoyed by this rib off services!!
