T&Cs not sent to us

You don't even deserve 1 star. Getting people to agree to your T&Cs over the phone and then not email them to them for reading afterwards is pathetic. My welcome email has nothing about T&Cs and Diann had the nerve to tell me that I should use a Firefox browser and it's general knowledge to ask, how was I suppose to ask about something that's hidden? Why are your emails not tailored for all browsers? I won't even bother to check the email on Firefox because nothing mentions T&Cs in that email, because you don't want us to see that we have to pay when we want to cancel.

Dear Titi Y,

You joined Moimooi via a telephonic contractual agreement ( this is 2021 not 1921). Most financial, cell phone companies  and many businesses in most other industries procure customers and sell products and services via this method as it has many advantages specifically for the customers such as  a lower procurement cost which translates into lower product cost to the client. There are also many advantages to the company with regard to security  etc. The welcome email is just an added extra which we send. the telephonic contract is suffice. We suggest you update your knowledge contracts.

Your account is in arrears due to many unsuccesfull debit orders on your account. We suggest you contact us so that we can offer options in order to bring your account up to date..

We applogise for your misunderstanding

Yours Sincerely
Customer Service Dept

Exactly my point, you want us to agree over a long phone call and never send them via email. I did not receive the T&Cs or contact in writing, it ended on the phone.

Dear Titi Y,

Your point is mute as it is clear you do not understand our response or the conversation our agent had with you. You have also just sent us the welcome mail which you received from us which is contrary to your  previous ascertion that you did not?

Please contact so we can sort our your confussion on all these issues.

Yours Sincerely,

You cannot prove to me that you sent me the T&Cs in writing because you did not, you keep gaslighting me and wanting me to admit that I have when I haven't.

Your welcome email does not have T&Cs, you said it yourself: *The welcome email is just an added extra which we send. the telephonic contract is suffice.*
Own up to it and stop twisting my narrative. Yes I owe you money because I agreed over the phone. I have spoken to 2 people and have said I will pay what I owe and cancel.

Dear Titi Y,

The T&Cs are clearly listed on the welcome email. An agent will contact you once again and guide you through it and clear up this confusion and well as any other queries you may still have.

Once again are sorry for your misunderstanding.

Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept

If by agent you mean Angelique, no thank you because all she does is undermine me and go on about how many years she has in the industry, insinuate that I cannot navigate a browser, and go on about contracts knowledge with an attitude because she wants me to admit I have received an email WITH T&Cs that are nowhere to be found.

If she will continue telling me that I have received this on email instead of proving it then no thanks, because it is not there and the proof isn't either.

I am not confused at all! I am telling you that I never received T&Cs in writing as I would've gone back to them to read. The thing is, I don't even remember the call I had when joining, is it normal to you that we can't go back to the agreements we made and change our minds? Because now you have the recording of the call and I have nothing to go back to.
