Still have not been refunded
I have been waiting on a refund since December last year. I called one of your consultants who verified via email all the requests that I had made. It is a R699 + Duplicated registration fee of R200. Every time I call I am told that I would be called back and this call back has never happened. Your consultant last month seemed to believe that I would receive my refund by that weeks end or latest month end. We are in June and I am still waiting on an answer from you guys. Can I please just be refunded
