************ from Moimooi

<div>MoiMooi It seems as if my post on your page of a few weeks ago has miraculously disappeared.

I took out a membership with MoiMooi and was given a 5day cooling off period in which I could cancel of which I did. Attached find my cancelation email attached. My cancelation was confirmed telephonic ally and I was told the debit order was closed and would not go off from my account. On 15 November a debit order of R799 was taken from my account from MoiMooi. I then called on 15 September and stated my case and was told by Diann who got very irritated and stroppy with me, that my membership was in fact canceled although the debit order went off my account and that my money would only be refunded within 2 to 3 months (this is the first company I've ever come across that takes months to process a refund) ,which I find extremely ridiculous also considering the fact that they told me the debit order was canceled. I called now just to request the cancelation in writing because the debit order is still active according to my bank. Diann was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed as I was previously a MoiMooi client and did not expect this ****py service. MoiMooi will never see me again. Thank you</div>

Dear Andreia  Jones,

Our records show that during the course of your membership periods you used R10000-00 worth of treatments. To date we have received R4493-00 from monthly subscriptions. so to date a saving of R5500-00.

It is also concerning that some of your debit orders were unsuccessful and there is an still  amount owing. This is the reason for the continued billing.

We therefore suggest that you contact us so that we can offer you an affordable solution to bring you account up to date.

Apologizes for the misunderstanding.

Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept.

I just received a call from Diann threatening me that I will only receive my refund due to me (after MoiMooi debited my account for a cancelled membership, refer to telephone recordings) if I remove my posts from their page and Hello Peter. So all of a sudden a refund that takes 30to 90 days can be used as leverage to remove unsatisfactory posts.
Their telephone calls are recorded, if u don't remove it they will hold on to my refund.
If there was money owed from me to MoiMooi you would not have called me to offer me a new membership.
There's no money owing because I gave notice for cancelation then and paid till the month after cancelation once again refer to all emails and telephone calls of 2017.

Refer to My email dated December 2019
As follows

Good DayI have had the very same complaint on numerous occasions with Moimooi however my complaints are in vain and Moimooi clearly do not value their clients. My Account has once again been double debited. The bank has advised me that Moimooi is at fault and ran my debit order a second time in a space of 2 weeks without my concent. I herewith request the my account be refunded with the amount of R699 for the unauthorised debit order and will forward the cost of my bank charges incurred. I am hereby giving my one month notice for my cancelation at the end of January 2020. My last debit order should be taken 21 December 2019 for my January 2020 membership of which I will still be entitled to my treatments in January 2020, as my first month's membership was free as part of the promotion at the time.
Kind Regards
Andreia Jones
