<p>I was sold this service and tried to make my bookings for my first free month. The system would not let me make bookings, so I tried to call them. No assistance, no guidance, NOTHING!!! I then contacted them on their email address as listed on their website. Received an automated response every time, saying that someone would contact me and when you click on 'view ticket' nothing happens. After several attempts at emails, I then sent an email stating that I want to cancel my subscription due to the complete lack of service. I requested confirmation of the cancellation. Again Nothing but an automated response. My cancellation was within the 21 days as stipulated during the telephone call to me when I bought the subscription, my numerous emails remain unanswered apart from a stupid automated response. My account has just been debited with the initial R200 admin fee and also with R399 subscription fee. I have contacted my bank and have forwarded them all my proof and have requested cancellation of the debit order and reversal of the money taken from me *******ly. I comp**** with cancellation terms of 21 days!!!!!!!!!</p>
