Not mooi at all I've been trying to book an appointment for 2 months now, and when I call I have to first wait in line for more than an hour only for them to hang up. I email them and get no response or any type of feedback and when I go in, they're not friendly and the atmosphere is not relaxing at all with blaring music playing in the background

When I had my hair done there, I walked in with dirty hair and walked out with dirty hair which was not even done nicely. The lady who did my hair was so cold and very unpleasant, she even told me that curls would not suit me, when in fact I wear curls everyday.

The thin receptionist with black hair also went as far as to nicely invite my husband for a separate massage by himself, she did this in front of me! The nerve of this company and the people who work there! I've been paying R700 every month without being able to even book!
