poor service
Cannot do a full booking of 5 treatments as promised when signing up Head office staff do NOT call back. I have been waiting to be assisted with booking my other 3 treatments now since Wedneday 9th Feb for a call back When they eventually call you back they tell you to book online - which I have but cant do my remaining 3 and then by the time they assist, the time slot s have gone Then they say you cant book all opn 1 day, but what happened to the couples treatments REALLY ....... Its a pity because the treatment staff in Pretoria are amazing. Its a pity that the backup from head office staff is so poor. They have a sign saying that the the******s need the tips, but how can you if you cant get there

14 Feb 2022, 11:54Still no call back . Dialled again and held on for half an hour to finally get through and now they tell me I CAN'T book all treatments on 1 day myself. If I need assistance to book, it will cost me R1000- for them to assist
I get it that all treatments can't be on a weekend or holiday, but can be in the week. BUT I STILL CANNOT GET TO BOOK ALL 5 TREATMENTS MYSELF
This was NOT the deal when I signed up last year

Your package does allow 5 treatments per month. The more popular treatment, dates, and times do get booked up quicker, therefore this must be booked in advance. This has been exacerbated by the covid rules we have to adhere to, especially the social distancing and amount of people we can have at the spa at any given time. We attempted to compensate for this by discounting the price of the membership. In your case, each treatment is costing you R25-00 (the average price of a treatment is R400-00)
As we are living in the 21st century we have embraced technology, allowing you to book your own treatments, online. This further assists us in keeping the prices low ( fewer support staff needed).
Couples massage is 2 treatments, for obvious reasons ( 2 the******s required).
There is no sign requesting tips( perhaps you mistaken with another spa).
We have offered you the personalized booking agent offer that we have. However, you have declined this offer.
Sorry that you are disappointed even though you are saving R2000-00 per month based on your current usage.
