Poor Admin - Will debit forever

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this Spa.

I subscribed to the membership to receive 5 treatments a month for a fixed cost. Whenever I would like to book ANY treatment in the middle of the previous month there is ZERO availability and no compensation can be made to assist an already paying customers.

Finally, I decided to cancel my membership and end the subscription at the end of October 2019 and I am still being debited each month until Feb 2020. When calling to speak to a bookings assistant or account manager I stay on hold for 3 hours and at the end, they say they will call me back but never do.

I have no issue with the spa or its treatments, I would just like the company to manage their admin better and stop registering clients if they do not have the capacity to assist existing clients.
