PATHETIC SERVICE
Firstly this month they deducted twice. Secondly they always messing up with appointments, booked hair and pedicure but when I arrive she says only hair was booked. Its there mess up, they not even apologetic or helpful. The girl in the front is rude and doesn't even apologize. Basically cant do it you deal with it. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Our records indicate that you signed up with the Black Friday special which gives you 5 spa treatments per month for R199-00 per month. As stated in all the terms and conditions there is a once off reg fee of R200-00, therefore it was not a second deduction as you claim!
We advise all our members to use the on line booking system to manage their own bookings and appointments this will eliminate any mistakes.
We will investigate which receptionist you claim was rude and report our findings.
