MOIMOOI *****S YOUR MONEY

This is a subscription spa service where I agreed to a debit order over the phone of R399 per month - this was in 2016. I cancelled my subscription with them LAST YEAR (2017)! They said to me that as soon as the "cancellation fee" was deducted from my account that they would stop the debit orders. THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT A YEAR LATER (today, end April 2018)!!!! I have had to go into the bank to stop the debit orders every single month, but they sneakily keep changing the amounts and reference number so that you can't stop the debit orders. The bank says I need to get THEM to stop the debit order, but they NEVER respond to emails.

DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THEM - THEY WILL KEEP *****ING MONEY FROM YOU!!
