A girl Lee-ann went hard selling us a bunch of vouchers, made it seem as if it was a easy simple process. I work in the same building as the the spa and was told, I need to call head office to book, I call head office and was told to mail Nishaat,wh o ofcourse struggles to read a mail, back and fourth we go with mail and she cant even give me a freaking date that is available after I ask her which Tuesday or Wednesday she has free. She replies we only have available next month. but doesn't say which Wednesday or Tuesday.

I then call their office for 30mins and keep getting voicemail. I then call Woodstock and ask them to give my money back and they say they will get head office to call me back.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!!!

I went for a massage, worst experience ever, girls were in a rush to get home, my back was covered in oil, the the****** was noisy when doing my massage, she didn't even use hot stones on the front of my body.

Head office called to ask how it was and I tell them it sucked, all they say is ok!
