This rating is specifically for the ladies at the accounts call centre. No matter what feedback you have to give (good or bad )they are always willing to assist. My issue took several days to resolve but we eventually found some sort of solution. If you are struggling and are still struggling, please ask for a lady named Diann, she is really amazing.
