MoiMoi please stop taking my money!!

I cancelled my membership in December because whenever I want to book for treatment then it's either fully booked or there is a problem with the website. They emailed me my cancelation ticket yet they still deducted January February and March 2020. I went to the bank and reversed my money now they keep in calling me to tell me they will continue to deduct unless I pay a balance of 1000 and sum change. I am really fed up with this people as to how can they still deduct my money when I have proof of my cancelation. I need help please.
