Moi Moi the best thing I ever signed up for!!!
From the moment I received the first call offering me the special of 5 treatments to after signing up and not being able to make bookings (was my first tome, I didnt reall know how the nooking system worked)... the consultant Shiehaam and the managaress who helped me, the customer service has been exemplary. The Moi Moi Spa in Pretoria Lynwood's facilities are so beautiful and clean. Gives you such a calming feeling. When sitting on the deck drinking the best cappuccino ever, which overlooks the sparkling pool and beautiful garden just makes you feel like you away on a lovely holiday. Let's talk about those the******s who have magic hands... omw... the hot stone massages left my husband and I feeling like we were sent into another dimension of peace relaxation and tranquility. My daughters and I went for the body scrubs and it left our skin feeling so rejuvenated soft and smooth. Our experiences at Moi Moi Pretoria have been incredible and I look forward to our manis and pedis tomorrow. But let's just talk about 5 treatments for R500!!! How incredible is that!!! If you love spoiling yourself or your better half then you have to sign up because you can treat yourself or them to spar treats monthly!!! Go on... you know you want to be pampered!

If that was not enough... this week I got a call from a very friendly manager from head office Angelique, because there had been a problem with my last few debit orders. My treatments were suppose to be suspended until I sort out the problem. However, Angelique was so understanding, kind and patient. She went above and beyond to ensure that she could give me a grace period in which to sort my debit orders put, while still enjoying the benefits if my treatments. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and eagerness to assist in whichever way possible. I just want to say thank to the management, staff and the******s at Moi Moi for excellent customer service. Its obvious that customer satisfaction is their numer one priority!
