Micaela excellent service

I have to be honest. I left Moimooi a few years back to very poor service. Micaela from Moi contacted me last year to re-join and assured me that she would personally be taking care of my bookings, cancellations and general customer queries. I have had such a pleasant experience since and she is a great contributing factor. Micaela embodies what customer service means, going above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy and well looked after. The new manager, Nishaat in the salon is also a refreshing new addition and I have to commend her as well for ensuring that I feel welcomed, special and satisfied when visiting the salon.
